Guest Lodging – Reservation Call-In Information
Advance room reservations under your group rate is 20% off of the room rate (at the time of booking) and may be made by contacting the following numbers:
The Arrabelle at Vail Square/Ritz Residences or The Lodge at Vail: (855) 332-1601, select option #2 to make a reservation, select #1 to reach the Colorado resorts, and then option #4 for Vail lodging options. **All Group attendees must identify themselves as part of the Group by referencing the following group code: SVLMCC24 OR refer to the: Flaherty/McChesney Wedding
**We recommend calling to book your room asap as there will be other weddings taking place in Vail and it's Oktober Fest so it will be a busy weekend!
Our #1 goal and a huge reason we chose Vail for our wedding destination was so everyone could park their cars for the entire weekend and be within walking distance or a quick ride to and from the wedding venue. Several Vail hotels offer free rides as well so everyone can get where they need to safely. Let us know if anyone runs into any transportation issues.
